I went through another 10 pages in the M&A chapter today. Finished till p.269. It’s quite easy; there are a lot of terms such as Greenmail, Golden Parachute, White Knight, LBO etc. that need to be understood. I need to wade through another 25 pages to complete this reading. I’m aiming to complete this Reading by Thursday.
